Dull knives are not only frustrating to use, they’re actually the cause of many accidents in the kitchen. In this Skills Series class, you’ll have the opportunity to bring two knives (non-serrated) and learn how to sharpen and hone the blades with the effectiveness of a Chef, before preparing a dish showcasing various cutting techniques.
