LUMIÈRE CULINARY STUDIO
Internationally-renowned, multi-award winning Chef Shannon Kellam has partnered with Miele to bring Lumière Culinary Studio to life in Newstead, Brisbane. Two separate studios - one for pastry classes, one for savoury classes - are fitted out with Miele’s latest and greatest domestic range appliances. Classes are taken by industry-leading Chefs and are suited to a variety of skill levels, including holiday classes for budding Chefs.
