3.5 Hour Cooking Class | $190 Per Person

Make viennoiserie baked items like they do at King Street Bakery, Mica Brasserie and Mica Express! In this class we will take you through the steps to achieve the same results from your own kitchen. Not only will you have your own mouth-watering, flaky creations to take away to enjoy, you will also have laminated dough made by you to take home to practice your rolling and formation skills. At the end of the class, we will celebrate your success with a glass of bubbles!
